Arash "A.J." Maddah is an Iranian born Australian Music Promoter who is the founder of the Soundwave and Harvest music festivals. He is also involved with the Big Day Out and is the director of the Billy Hyde Stage Systems. In 2013, he was named as the most powerful person in the Australian music industry by the Australian Music Industry Directory.
