MUSIC INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS - AUSTRALIA
The Australian Music Association (sometimes also referred to as the 'AMA' - within the Australian music industry) mainly represents the Music Equipment, Musical Instrument and Pro Audio Industry of Australia for Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers of these products and services. A key aspect of their contribution as an association is their annual convention and trade show held usually in either Sydney, Melbourne or in Queensland on the Goldcoast.
The Australian Music Association also act as key lobby group for the music equipment and instrument industry and are considered the peak body for this sub sector of the Australian music industry.
